WHAT IS EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Thought Field Techniques (also known as Tapping) is a tool used for relief from chronic pain, emotional problems, disorders, addictions, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and trauma.
